ONLINE HOMESCHOOLING

Online and correspondence schools can either be web-based where most
of the content is accessed online, or correspondence based where the school sends you a package with all the curriculum materials you will need in order to work off-line.  In many cases it probably involves a little bit of both approaches. Both online and correspondence schools utilize a teacher who directs the learning, answers questions and grades your child’s assignments.  This option would work well for someone who may not have the time to devote to fully homeschooling their children, and would instead prefer to be more of a facilitator. Children are generally allowed to learn at their own pace within limitations.  Check with each school for details as to how their program is structured.
